Classroom training
![]()
In this training method, there is one instructor and multiple trainees. One trainee is assigned the leadership role and takes the controls during the scenario. The other participants assist and discuss which decisions are to be taken. This module focuses on the interaction between the trainees. During this training, trainees will each have a different approach to an incident. By discussing and simulating these various approaches, the group of trainees will learn to determine the best possible solution to a realistic problem.
By showing the virtual response and changing the various attributes, incidents can change rapidly. By using real-life incident time lines, using company specific materials and protocols and making the scenario recognisable to the trainees, incident control plans, protocols and overall decision making can be trained and tested.
