Safety region Zaanstreek-Waterland to use RescueSim training platform for mono- and multi-agency incident training.

The Zaanstad Fire Department and emergency services have selected RescueSim as part of their incident training program within the Zaanstreek-Waterland safety region. RescueSim will be used for mono- and multi-agency incident training of all clusters within the region. Safety region Amsterdam-Amstelland will also participate for virtual training of their ambulance personnel.

Hans Ten Bergen, VSTEP business development manager: "We are looking forward to working with the safety region Zaanstreek-Waterland. They have recognised RescueSim as an important training tool to increase the competences in all levels of incident management. RescueSim will be an important asset to improve multi-agency cooperation and coordination within the safety region clusters."
