VSTEP opens new UK officeDate posted: 10-03-2010 Rotterdam based Virtual Training developer VSTEP opens new office in Coventry, following its recent successful entry into the UK market. After introducing the RescueSim Virtual Training for fire & rescue services to customers and interested Fire & Rescue Services in the UK, Rotterdam based developer VSTEP has announced the opening of its new UK office. VSTEP Business Development Manager Hans Ten Bergen : "With its strategic location in the heart of Coventry's Technology Park, our new UK branch provides easy access to service UK customers using our RescueSim virtual training platform and will facilitate the coordination of VSTEP as a virtual training provider and developer in the UK". Recent news RescueSim selected as state-of-the-art training tool for Schiphol airport’s emergency services.  VSTEP’s RescueSim Next Generation project granted access to the development phase of the Dutch government's SBIR competition. Shropshire F&R Service (UK) uses the RescueSim virtual emergency platform for their high level gold command incident training. VSTEP will be demonstrating their recently DNV approved NAUTIS Offshore Vessel Trainer (OSV) simulation software and its RescueSim Port Incident and Offshore Incident modules at the International Workboat Expo from 29 November - 1 December in New Orleans.
